Region-locked processing
Documents uploaded to a region stay within that region. This supports GDPR, data residency laws and client data policies.
Deleted means deleted
Uploads are deleted 30 days after upload. Outputs are deleted 30 days after generation. Intermediate artefacts are deleted within 7 days. You can delete a job at any time. Closing your account deletes your documents within 24 hours.
Never used for training
Your documents never train models. Ours or anyone else's. They are processed to produce your pack. That is all.

A DPA before a single page
Our standard DPA covers handling, storage, deletion and processors. Email us. We execute it before you upload anything.
Sub-processors, disclosed
We list every sub-processor. Who they are, what they do, in which region. Email us for the current list.
An audit trail on every job
Every job ships a JSON log. Every file, every duplicate, every reorder. Check the work yourself.
Verified account, £1 hold
Sign-up places a £1 refundable hold. It verifies the account. No charge is taken. There is no subscription to cancel.

Email us a non-sensitive sample set. We return a before and after. Judge the output first.
