Help & docs.
Three steps. First bundle in minutes.
Upload as received
Sign up, create a project, and drop your PDFs in. PDF is the input format — the contents can be anything: typed text, scans, photographs, drawings, graphs, maps. Any order, duplicates included. If a file can't be read, we tell you rather than silently skip it.
Choose your options
Pick a processing region (UK, EU, US, CA, or UAE), an ordering rule (chronological or alphabetical), and grouping depth. Save the configuration as a template and reuse it per project type.
Get the bundle, with audit
Download one structured PDF — duplicates removed, documents grouped by content, pages in order, with a full index. Every job includes a JSON audit trail of every decision the system made.
Pay per page. Nothing else.
500 pages free on sign-up
Worth £20. Free credits never expire while your account is active, and can be used on any project, in any region.
The £1 hold
Sign-up places a £1 refundable hold on your card to verify the account. No charge is ever taken from it.
After free credits
£0.04 per page, falling automatically to £0.035 and £0.025 with volume — based on pages processed in the trailing thirty days. No action needed to get the discount.
Stopping
There is nothing to cancel. Stop uploading and you stop paying. Your account and remaining credits stay available.
Before you send us
a single file.
Where are our documents processed?
In the region you choose — UK, EU, US, Canada or UAE. Documents are processed and stay within that region. Details on the trust & security page.
Can we try it without sharing sensitive data?
Yes — email us and we'll run a before-and-after on a sample set, so you can judge the output without uploading anything real.
Is there an audit trail?
Every job produces a documented log of the files received, duplicates found and pages reordered — ready to hand to an auditor or regulator.
Can you put a data processing agreement in place?
Email us and we'll arrange a DPA before you upload anything, covering how documents are handled, stored and deleted.
What if a file can't be processed?
Unreadable or unsupported files are reported back to you by name — never silently dropped. The audit trail records exactly what was and wasn't included.
How do I delete a job?
From your account, at any time. Deleting a job removes its files. See the trust & security page for retention details.
Still stuck? Ask a human.
Email dss-support@documentsortingsolutions.com with your question — or a sample of the files giving you trouble — and we'll get back to you.
